Meet and Greet/Wayfinders
As a wayfinder, you will meet, greet and offer general assistance in an informed and friendly way to ensure that patients have a welcoming and caring start to their experience within the hospital.
There will be lots of signposting for patients and visitors to relevant areas of the hospital!
You will also deal with basic queries and assist with non-medical queries presenting at the entrances/cross roads and busy areas of the hospital.
You will have excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable manner and a willingness to help others.
