Report your LFT results

If you are a member of staff working at Milton Keynes University Hospital, you can report the results of your Lateral Flow Test in the following two ways:

1. FOR STAFF THAT HAVE AN MKUH EMAIL AND NETWORK LOGIN

   Use your MKUH network login to record your result. You must be logged into your own network profile, not a shared departmental PC.

2. FOR STAFF THAT DO NOT HAVE AN MKUH EMAIL OR NETWORK LOGIN

   If you do not have an MKUH email and network login, or cannot login from home, please use the form below.
