Adult Learning Disability Dietitian
The Adult Learning Disability service is provided by a registered dietitian for 15 hours per week as part of a Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Who do we see?
Any adult with a learning disability known to the learning disability team who has a Milton Keynes GP. Patients can include those with tube feeds or needing oral nutrition support.
The service is provided in a variety of locations including patients own home, day centres, respite facilities and those who are unable to access mainstream services.
