Welcoming our new Chief People Officer – Catherine Wills
The Trust is delighted to announce that Catherine Wills will be joining Milton Keynes University Hospital as Chief People Officer from 1st October 2024.
Catherine is currently Director of People at Kettering General Hospital and has significant experience in workforce policy and strategy in the public sector. Catherine has had various positions in both acute Trusts as well as arms length bodies and is passionate about growing and developing a workforce that meets the health needs of our communities.
Commenting on her new role, Catherine said: “I am extremely proud to be appointed as Chief People Officer of this brilliant organisation. MKUH has a proud history of looking after its people with sector-leading support and innovative initiatives.
“I look forward to continuing this legacy and can’t wait to meet more of #TeamMKUH in the near future.”
Catherine joins MKUH following the departure of Danielle Petch, who has joined Nottingham University Hospitals as Chief People Officer. The Trust would like to thank Danielle for all support, commitment and dedication and wish her all the best in her new role.
