The team offer support to help with the management of diabetes from diagnosis for children and young people. The team will also aid in a child’s transfer to young adult services. We provide a comprehensive paediatric diabetes service, including insulin pumps and glucose monitoring according to both local and NICE guidelines.
We pride ourselves in delivering the best service for all our young people and their families.
