Milton Keynes University Hospital to hold inaugural Community Health Event

Milton Keynes University Hospital (MKUH) is set to host its first Community Health event on Wednesday 9 October (09:00 am – 3:00pm) at Unity Place, Central Milton Keynes, in collaboration with clinical teams across the Trust as well as community partner organisations.

The event is free to attend (no registration required) and open to all residents of Milton Keynes, giving visitors the opportunity to engage with a variety of health and social care professionals on topics that impact their families and communities, from bowel and breast screening to research and development.

Nuffield Health will be offering free Health MOTs, giving you the chance to get your height, weight, and blood pressure checked for free. Also in attendance will be the Milton Keynes Council Public Health team who will be on hand to discuss the local health and wellbeing services available to residents.

Following the health event, attendees are invited to join us for the Trust’s Annual Members’ Meeting (AMM), taking place from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm in the auditorium. The AMM is your chance to learn more about the hospital’s initiatives and ask questions directly to the senior management team.
