Virtual Outpatient appointments – Patient survey
As a Trust, our ambition is to embrace new digital technologies wherever possible to make it easier and simpler for our patients to receive the care that they need....
Due to unforeseen staff shortages, our PALS and Complaints teams is having to temporarily change the way it operates.
For the time-being, we will be unable to offer a walk-in service but we will continue to support you with queries that you send us via other channels such as email, letter or phone call.
We fully understand the importance of your concerns and always aim to acknowledge receipt of your requests as quickly as possible. At the moment, it will take longer than usual to respond to you and we ask you to bear with us.
If you require urgent assistance, please make contact with the department that provided your care.
