Carers Week 2022
Carers Week will be running from 6th to 12th June, with events taking place throughout the week. This year’s theme is ‘Make caring visible, valued and supported’.
Carers MK have two hospital service events happening during this time:
Tuesday 7th June, New Day Café, Christian Centre, Oldbrook from 10:00 – 12:00
Joint information session along with the Patient Experience Team which will aim to inform carers about their services and what to expect while their loved one is in hospital.
Wednesday 8th June, Milton Keynes University Hospital
There will be an information stand in the main entrance of the hospital so please pop by to learn more about the work they do.

The Patient and Family Experience team will also be celebrating the role carers play in looking after their loved ones by providing an afternoon tea to both adult and young carers to say thank you for all they do.
