5-Day Clinical Work Experience Week

Are you interested in becoming a Nurse, Health Care Assistant, Doctor or Healthcare Professional? Milton Keynes University Hospital is pleased to announce we have an opportunity for 5 days of Clinical Work Experience!

During this time, you will receive an education & training programme in our classrooms, as well as shadow staff on our wards and departments with trained supervisors, front line staff, and Learning & Development teams.

To be considered, you must:

• Be aged 16 -18 years old
• Live or study in Milton Keynes
• Be able to evidence support of your parent/guardian and school
• Be able to provide all supporting documents outlined in your student cover letter when applying
• Be cleared by our Occupational Health Department

Please be aware that all Clinical Work Experience Placements at MKUH are observation and shadowing placements ONLY. You will not be permitted to take part or assist in clinical procedures on patients on site.
