2024 Adult Inpatient Survey – Your feedback matters

Adults who have an inpatient stay of one or more nights in November may be asked to take part in a national adult inpatient survey to find out what patients think about the care they have received.

Here at Milton Keynes University Hospital (MKUH) we are always keen to gather feedback so we can understand the things that we do well in addition to the areas where we can make improvements.

Patients who have a stay at MKUH during the month of November may receive a questionnaire in the New Year asking about their experience. They will be asked about all aspects of their care including treatment, communication with staff, information provided about their care and the environment and facilities.

Results from the 2024 survey will be used to inform how we deliver care and services to patients in the future. Responses to the survey are confidential and the results will be presented in a way that does not allow any individual’s answers to be identified.
