Going paperless with MyCare

Did you know that through our dedicated patient portal MyCARE, you can opt to receive paperless updates about your health? Follow the simple steps below to enable you to receive information in a timely manner and to help MKUH reduce our impact on the environment.

1: Log into MyCARE – Click here to log into your account

2: In the ‘Home’ screen, navigate to the ‘Account’ tile

3: Scroll down to the ‘letter delivery’ section. If you show’s ‘Traditional post’, click on the ‘Change’ button.

4: Click “On” to update to paperless – “Yes, go paperless”
