MyCARE patient portal information stand – 21st November
Earlier this year, we expanded the functionality available to patients in our MyCARE patient portal, enabling patients to have greater access to their health records.
The new features included allowing patients to complete questionnaires prior to appointments and receive messages sent to them by clinicians via the portal. Patients are also now able to view some Pathology and Radiology reports, documents, and additional results, such as vital signs and measurements.
To highlight this additional functionality, how it works and what the benefits are, colleagues from our MyCARE project team will be holding a drop-in demonstration outside the Eaglestone restaurant on Tuesday 21 November from 10am – 2pm for patients and staff.
There is no need to book so if you would like to find out more about the platform, how as a patient you can become more involved in the management of your care, or if you simply have any questions about our MyCARE patient portal, please do pop along and speak to a member of the team on the day.
