Courses – the following are courses that can be used to support your career development:
- Functional Skills (English/Maths)
- Coaching Apprenticeship – Level 5
- IT Solutions Technician Level 3
- Customer Service Level 2 or 3
- Data Technician Level 3
► Band 4 & Band 5
Courses – in addition to those documented previously, the following are courses that can be used to support your career development:
- Data Analyst – Level 4
- Digital Accessibility Specialist Level 4
- Digital Technology Solutions Degree – Level 6 – Cyber Security/Software Engineer/Analyst
► Band 6 & Band 7

- Team Leader – Level 3 (if already supervising/leading)
- Project Management Level 4
- Coaching Apprenticeship – Level 5
- Departmental Manager/Mary Seacole Leadership Apprenticeship – Level 5
