Larraine Andrews
Larraine has 20 years experience as a breast care nurse, starting in North London and has been with the Milton Keynes team since 2005. Prior to this she managed a ward and nursed breast patients. This means that she has cared for them through their whole journey both in the outpatient and ward setting and fostered her keen interest in Breast Cancer treatment. As well as supporting patients through their diagnosis and subsequent care, she sees people in the family history clinic who have a high chance of carrying one of the breast cancer genes and advises regarding genetic testing if appropriate. She and Sister Lisa Lynch also see patients in a follow up clinic alongside the surgical team.
