PALS and Complaints Team

Due to unforeseen staff shortages, our PALS and Complaints teams is having to temporarily change the way it operates.

For the time-being, we will be unable to offer a walk-in service but we will continue to support you with queries that you send us via other channels such as email, letter or phone call.

We fully understand the importance of your concerns and always aim to acknowledge receipt of your requests as quickly as possible. At the moment, it will take longer than usual to respond to you and we ask you to bear with us.

Dr Sarah La'Porte

Sarah graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2001. Her general medicine training took place at Royal Berks Hospital before she undertook her Radiology training in North-West London with sub-specialty head and neck training at UCH. Sarah has further trained at the Royal Throat, Nose and Ear Hospital in london.

Sarah has a particular interest in head and neck radiology and is currently the CSU lead for diagnostics and screening at MKUH.
