Asking questions to the Trust Board in meetings in public
We have simplified our process of asking questions to the Trust Board so that questions are answered during the meeting. Our Governors, members, service users and the public can use the form below to make a comment or ask questions in advance of each Trust Board in Public. A response will be provided as part of the ‘Responses to Governors’ question’ item on the agenda.
For those who miss the response session of the meeting, they can view the video recording of the Board meeting on our website which are made available shortly after the meeting has been held. With this new process, along with the existing online video archive of our Public Board meetings, our members can obtain answers without having to physically attend the Public Board meeting. This will be particularly helpful to anyone who would find attendance difficult.
Please note that to allow time for a response to be prepared, anyone using the form is asked to submit their questions or comments at least 7 working days in advance of the target Public Board meeting.
Please ensure to limit the use of the below form to questions relating to Board business and responsibilities, and not for individual appointment bookings, complaints about services, or treatment options.
