NHS Happiness Project

Tell us about your Hearts (someone who promotes wellbeing), Hands (an individual that gives thanks) and Stars (a colleague that deserves recognition) in your organisation!

The NHS Happiness Project aims to shout about the great things that are going on in teams across the NHS! Launched at MKUH, this platform is your way to say thank you; recognise your colleagues or teams; show your appreciation for a kind word or deed; or promote a great health and well-being project.

There are so many people doing so many amazing things to recognise their colleagues and we wanted to create a platform where these ideas could be shared with organisations up and down the country.

To help show your appreciation, we will be producing a number of documents and templates that will be freely available to use in your organisation – please keep an eye out for these over the coming weeks. To get involved on Twitter, use the account @NHSHappiness and #HeartsHandsStars.

Some of the great ideas currently going on across the NHS can be found on our Twitter.
