Marker Pen Exercises

1) Hold a marker pen in the top two joints of your finger

2) Curl your fingers down into the palm of your hand

3) Straighten your large knuckles, so you are back to the starting position

This exercise should be done 20 times, 3 times a day. A wooden spoon can be used instead of the marker pen.
