1) Hold your fingers out straight
Bend your fingers without bending the larger knuckles
2) Bend at the large knuckles and straighten out your fingers
3) Bend your fingers at the middle joint and knuckles, whilst keeping the ends straight, so your finger tips are touching your palm
4) Bend your fingers into a full fist with your thumb touching the side of your index finger
Now do all these movements in the order of the pictures below. These movements make up the exercise, and they need to be done 10 times each, 3 times a day. If you are unable to manage this initially, start from 6 and build up to 10.
