PALS are here to help!

PALS provide ‘on the spot’ help, advice and information for patients, families and carers who have concerns about the care you or a loved one is receiving at Milton Keynes University Hospital. PALS will use your feedback to continually improve and shape the care provided to our patients.

PALS is an informal, confidential service who can also advise you on how to make a formal complaint.

We want to make it easy for you to raise a formal complaint.

Our complaints procedure is flexible depending on the outcome you are looking for to reach a satisfactory resolution. Making a formal complaint is a process which can take up to 30 working days.
