Milton Keynes University Hospital, like other NHS organisations in England, takes part in the National NHS Patient Survey Programme.
The surveys in the programme ask patients about their recent health care experiences. The information from the surveys provides MKUH with valuable feedback on the services and care we provide. We use this feedback to help us set priorities for delivering a better service for patients. The survey results are also used by the Care Quality Commission to measure and monitor performance of NHS services at both local and national levels.
Therefore, surveys take place across many areas of the hospital and you may be asked to complete one of the surveys. Taking part is completely voluntary, if you do not wish to receive a survey speak to a member of staff or email patient[email protected] . Your views are extremely important to us.
